These Terms govern your use of Bammy (the “Service”), a voice-first market companion that provides opinion-based market analysis and educational content. By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Indemnity & Risk Disclosure.
Bammy is a software companion that shares market opinions, context, and educational analysis on foreign-exchange pairs, metals, indices, and popular crypto assets.
Bammy is NOT a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or financial institution. It does not hold your funds, does not place, route, or execute orders, and does not manage any account on your behalf. Every opinion is informational only.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for ensuring that using a market-analysis tool, and trading the instruments you research with it, is lawful where you live. If it is not, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs.
Notify us promptly via the Support page if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
The Service is offered on subscription tiers. Features and limits differ by tier and are described on the Plans page.
Free trial: where offered, a trial requires a valid payment method up front. A small verification charge may be made to confirm the card and is refunded. When the trial period ends, your chosen plan begins and your payment method is charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Recurring billing: paid plans renew automatically each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.
Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods. Payments in Nigeria are processed by Paystack; we do not store full card details ourselves.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then.
Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. The trial verification charge is refunded as described above.
You agree not to:
The Service, its software, branding, and the design of its analysis (including any proprietary methodology) belong to Bammy and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal trading research while your subscription is active.
Nothing Bammy says is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Bammy expresses opinion and market context only.
You make your own trading decisions and bear full responsibility for them. Trading leveraged instruments such as forex and CFDs carries a high risk of loss. Please read the Indemnity & Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data, prices, and analysis may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bammy is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and closing your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Nigeria, unless a mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
For any questions about these Terms, contact us through the Support page.
